About

The Intelligence Standard

Critical Minerals Intelligence exists to close the gap between the data already in public federal databases and the decisions that agencies, operators, and investors make every day.

The Problem

The Data Exists. The Intelligence Did Not.

The raw data for critical minerals site assessment has existed for decades. USGS mineral records. EPA groundwater chemistry. Satellite hyperspectral imagery. State oil and gas commission filings. DOE geothermal well data. All public, mostly free, scattered across dozens of federal and state databases.

Nobody had aggregated it, cross-referenced it, and applied AI inference against verified production outcomes in a single pass. Site assessment depended on teams of geologists, engineers, and consultants assembling fragments manually, generating reports that took weeks and were outdated on arrival.

CMI replaces that process with a single platform that produces authenticated, scored intelligence reports in a fraction of the time, at a fraction of the cost, with provenance that holds up under federal review.

The Technology

Powered by CogniSet LLC

CMI is powered by CogniSet LLC, an applied intelligence technology company that develops and licenses AI data products for the energy, mining, and environmental sectors. The AI inference engine behind CMI is the same engine that powers the Reservoir, Lithium Program, and ITC Intelligence product suites.

Every CMI output is RAIDA-authenticated at the point of generation. Every data point, every score, and every report carries non-duplicable, tamper-evident provenance that is verifiable on demand.
